I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Negotiating the best possible deal for you is a best part of my job. I work differently from most other realtors. I take a consultant approach with my clients. Finding out your needs/wants and building a trusted relationship would be my first priority.
I have been a real estate investor since early 2000. Finding great investment opportunities for my investor clients is something I love to do. The Triangle area has been referred to as the “Silicon Valley of the South”. With many great universities and hospitals, Research Triangle Park offers many great job opportunities. On top of that, beautiful beaches in the east, mountains in the west, and mild weather have attracted many people to either retire or relocate here. People are coming and going ALL year round. What a wonderful real estate investment place!
North Carolina has been my home since 1984. I came to Triangle area for higher education and the job opportunities. The Southern hospitality and the traditional Chinese culture have become deeply rooted in my heart. I love to work with people and go extra miles to help anyone who needs my help.
